Services

WP Protect provides professional security camera and access control installation services, including:

• Security system design and consultation
• Equipment supply and installation
• System configuration and testing
• Training and documentation
• Maintenance and support services

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope changes, or additional requirements discovered during installation.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if conditions change significantly.

Installation Services

Our installation services include professional workmanship and are performed by trained technicians. You agree to:

• Provide safe access to installation areas
• Ensure electrical power is available as needed
• Obtain any required permits or HOA approvals
• Be present or have an authorized representative during installation

Warranty

Equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties. Our workmanship is warranted for one (1) year from the date of installation completion. Warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Power surges or lightning damage
• Issues caused by network or internet service problems

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to order equipment, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.

Cancellation

You may cancel services prior to equipment ordering for a full refund of any deposit. Once equipment has been ordered, cancellation fees may apply based on restocking fees and any custom equipment costs.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable security solutions, no security system can guarantee prevention of all security incidents. WP Protect is not liable for:

• Losses from security breaches or incidents
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Issues beyond our reasonable control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of WP Protect or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
